Discover DAOU Rosé at Sixty Vines
A taste of Paso Robles, a winery story worth exploring and a little something extra with your pour.
Wine can take you somewhere new without leaving the table. Through the Sixty Vines coaster program, we’re bringing guests closer to the wineries behind the wines they enjoy, starting with DAOU.
Rooted in Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast, DAOU creates wines that reflect the region and the people who grow there. Its 2023 Rosé brings a California perspective to the classic style of rosé made in Provence, France.
Get to Know the Rosé
Made entirely from Grenache Noir, the 2023 DAOU Rosé is grown and made specifically as a rosé. Its grapes come from two areas of Paso Robles, San Juan Creek and the El Pomar District, whose different growing conditions add to the wine’s character.
In the glass, it has a pale pink hue and aromas of peach, apricot and honeysuckle. Flavors of nectarine, melon and citrus follow, with a crisp, silky finish. It’s an inviting pour for anyone curious about rosé, whether it’s already a favorite or something new to explore.
Bring the Winery Experience to Your Table
When DAOU is featured at your Sixty Vines location, order the wine by the glass or as part of a flight. Look for the coaster that arrives with your pour, then scan its QR code to discover more about the winery and unlock an exclusive DAOU perk.
It’s a simple way to go beyond the glass: learn where your wine comes from, get to know the people behind it and find another reason to raise a glass.
Cheers to bringing a little more wine country to the table!
