Sixty Vines Plano is where it all started the original Sixty Vines, opened in 2016 in Windhaven Plaza just off the Dallas North Tollway in this North Dallas suburb. It remains the flagship for the brand's sustainable wine-on-tap system, pouring 60 wines, Napa Cabs, Loire Sauvignon Blancs, Italian Sangioveses, and Argentinian Malbecs, by the flight, half glass, glass, or bottle inside a farmhouse-inspired dining room with both indoor and outdoor seating. Every dish on the menu is built to share: wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted charcuterie boards, seasonal starters, and entrées made to pair, including guest favorites like the Crispy Zucchini and Margherita Pizza. Happy Hour features discounts on select wine pours, cocktails, and shared plates. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
