Sixty Vines Austin brought wine country to The Domain in 2024, marking the brand's first Austin location. Spanning more than 10,000 square feet, the restaurant pours 60 wines on sustainable tap, by the flight, half glass, glass, or bottle, inside a modern dining room with a full bar, patio seating, and private event spaces. It's a fitting match for The Domain's upscale shops and entertainment, giving Austin guests a wine-forward spot for a date night, a business lunch, or a weekend gathering. The kitchen builds every dish to share: wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted charcuterie boards, seasonal starters, and entrées made to pair. Happy Hour brings discounts on select wine pours, cocktails, and shared plates. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
