Sixty Vines FAQ
The Basics
5 entriesSixty Vines is the winemaker's restaurant, a wine-forward dining experience built around 60 wines on sustainable tap, fresh seasonal plates, and the belief that wine culture should be fun, not formal. Pinkies down, always.
We pour 60 wines on tap through a sustainable keg system that keeps every pour tasting exactly as the winemaker intended, no oxidation, no waste. We work directly with various winemaker partners across the globe, so every tap has a story behind it.
Yes, and it's worth the trip on its own! Our menu is inspired by wine country cuisine: wood-fired pizzas, seasonal sharing plates, custom charcuterie boards, fresh pastas, and proteins paired to complement what's pouring. Everything's built for the table.

The Wine Experience
5 entriesWine on tap means your pour comes straight from a sealed keg. No bottle, no cork, no oxygen exposure. It stays fresher longer, tastes closer to how it left the winery, and saves 1,560 bottles, corks, and labels from landfills with every keg. Better for your glass and better for the planet.
60, hence the name. Reds, whites, rosés, and bubbles from wine regions around the world, rotating with the seasons and the harvest.
All three. We pour in 2.5 oz, 5 oz, and full glass pours so you can explore as much or as little as you like. Flights are a great way to discover something new without committing to a full glass. You can even get a bottle for your table or to go!
Not even a little. No sommelier badge required. Our team are genuine wine geeks who love sharing what they know, just tell them what you're in the mood for and they'll point you somewhere delicious. That's the pinkies-down philosophy in action.
Absolutely. Our menu is designed with pairings in mind, and our team can walk you through what works well together. For a more curated experience, keep an eye on our winemaker dinners and pairing events through The Vine, Sixty Vines blog hosted on the website.
Sustainability and Values
3 entriesOur wines come in kegs instead of bottles. Each keg holds the equivalent of 26 bottles, gets reused up to 60 times, and saves 1,560 bottles, corks, foils, and labels from ending up in a landfill. It also means your wine arrives fresher, sealed from oxygen from the moment it leaves the winery.
Yes, and it's the heart of what we do. We have direct relationships with winemaker partners across the globe. That's how we're able to offer wines of this quality by the glass, at a price that actually makes sense. Every tap on our wall has a winemaker behind it.
It runs through everything we do. From how we source ingredients to how we partner with producers who share our values. Sustainability isn't a campaign for us; it's built into how the restaurant operates.
