The Wine Experience
4 entriesSixty Vines uses a sustainable tap system to serve 60 wines directly from kegs. Each wine is sealed from oxygen from the moment it is kegged, preserving freshness and flavor far better than an open bottle. The result is a pour that is closer to a 'from the barrel' tasting experience without the wine ever being exposed to air.
Wine on tap stays fresher longer because it is never exposed to oxygen, it is more sustainable because kegs eliminate glass bottles, corks, and labels, and it allows Sixty Vines to offer a wider selection at exceptional value. Every glass is as fresh as the first pour from that keg.
Sixty Vines offers 60 wines spanning red, white, rose, sparkling, and dessert wines sourced from premier wine regions including California, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, and beyond. The selection is curated to complement the food menu, with options ranging from approachable everyday pours to more adventurous varietals. Wines by the bottle are also available.
Not at all. Sixty Vines was built around a 'pinkies down' philosophy that makes wine culture accessible, unpretentious, and fun. Our staff can guide guests through the selection based on taste preferences and food pairings, whether you are a seasoned wine lover or just beginning your journey.
Sustainability and Values
2 entriesSustainability is central to the Sixty Vines brand. Our wine-on-tap system reduces packaging waste by eliminating single-use glass bottles, corks, and foil for most wine service. We also prioritize seasonally sourced, sustainable ingredients in our kitchen. The tap system means less transportation weight, less recycling burden, and a smaller carbon footprint per glass served compared to traditional bottled wine.
