Choose a Wine You’re Curious About

With 60 wines on tap, there is always something new to discover. Choose a varietal, region or winemaker you have been curious about - or ask your server to recommend a pour based on the wines you already enjoy.

Our flexible pour sizes make it easy to explore. Start with a 2.5-ounce taste, enjoy a 5-ounce glass or settle in with an 8-ounce pour of a new favorite.

Look, Smell and Taste

Use the front of your postcard to capture everything you notice as you sip. Begin with the wine’s appearance, including its color, clarity and viscosity. Then explore its aromas, from fruit and flowers to herbs, spice and earthy notes.

Finally, consider the taste. Is the wine light or bold? Dry or sweet? Notice its body, tannins and acidity as you decide what makes the pour stand out.

There are no wrong answers. The postcard is designed to help you slow down, trust your senses and learn more about what you enjoy in a wine!

Find the Perfect Pairing

Make a note of the dish you enjoyed with your wine - or what you would pair with it next time. From pizzas and pastas to shareable boards and wine country-inspired favorites, every plate offers a new opportunity to see how food can transform a sip.
